Seilbahn Koblenz: 3rd prize for kadawittfeldarchitektur
Since the BUGA 2011 in Koblenz, a temporary cable car has been in operation and will now be converted into a permanent facility. As part of the ‘Neugestaltung der Seilbahn Koblenz’ competition, proposals were sought to redesign the top and bottom stations. We supported kadawittfeldarchitektur with the structural engineering for their design and are delighted with this award!
Congratulations also go to the two runners-up, Böll Architekten and Snøhetta, whose design, after the revision, was recommended for realization by the jury.
