The four-storey listed Gründerzeitvilla in Frankfurt Wöhlerstraße was rebuilt as part of a cautious rehabilitation process. It was planned to rebuilt the villa to the old foundational structures, and reconstruction measures from the 1970s had to be rebuilt in this context.
Particular attention was paid to the rehabilitation of the former stucco ceilings, taking into account static, constructional and monumental aspects.
