The main façade of the building is over 150 m long. The brands BMW and Mini are presented here in two-storey glass boxes. The buildings are grouped together by a brace-like extended gleaming metal construction element, supported by narrow supports. There are two showrooms attached to the block and lead directly to an atrium. These can be used for various purposes because of their large area and minimum of supports and are almost completely freely configurable.
The construction - a supporting reinforced concrete frame with diaphragms of porous concrete - meets the requirements of heat insulation. The aluminium lamellae used in the main façade serves as weather protection and unobtrusively underscore the technical demands of the building.
