Semmassy Offices

The project is located at Porte de Massy in the strategic Atlantis zone, which provides for the development of a mixed urban district on a former industrial sector of the city. The ambition of the project is the construction of an office building interfacing with the major communication routes nearby and the Atlantis district.

The building is developed on two levels with different types of facades. On the ground floor, it is punctuated by full-height vertical bays with an aluminium frame with double insulating glass and translucent polycarbonate façade panels. The ground floor facade also has full-height vertical openings and a light facade with coarse-grained red plaster.
