In order to cope with the increasing number of visitors, a new single-storey seminar building has been added to the 'Haus der Wannsee-Konferenz'. The building, enclosed on three sides, opens into a glazed foyer and integrates the garden paths leading to it from either side with a wide projecting canopy. The foyer serves as a meeting point and lounge area, while the conference area behind is framed by adjoining room zones on the sides.

The single-storey building has a rectangular floor plan with side lengths of around 30 m by 15 m. It is divided into a main interior space and the entrance area by a load-bearing interior wall. The building is 3.70 m high. Designed predominantly as a reinforced concrete structure with load-bearing wall elements and exposed concrete surfaces, the striking roof in lightweight construction cantilevers over the foyer to the north. In addition to its load-bearing function, the single-skin roof also has a structural insulation layer.
