Facts | Flats: 32 | Living area total: approx. 1,750 m² | Passive house standard |
The L-shaped building is divided into two parts, House A and House B. The two houses are connected by a pergola. The four-storey houses were built in passive house construction.
The staircases and the development of the residential units through the cantilevered arcade are located outside the heat-enclosing shell. Due to this construction method, the arcades had to be thermally separated from the floors and roofs by means of thermal break elements called Isokorb.
