The project comprises the new construction of three multiple dwelling units in Frankfurt Bornheim. The buildings are designed with 2 and 4 storeys. Both receive a rafter roof construction, which is to be developed for residential purposes and have a basement.
The buildings are executed as reinforced concrete structures with biaxially spanning reinforced concrete slabs on masonry and reinforced concrete walls. The rafter roof structure is made of timber. In between the buildings will be an underground parking.
