The project involves the construction of a commercial base in the Grande Halle Voyageur (GHV). This base will consist of a mixed steel-concrete structure on the ground floor, resting on an existing floor, and a metal structure on the first floor above, incorporating the ‘zeppelin’ structure and the retail space on the upper floor. There are also plans to build seven pavilions outside the station, in the Cour Muséum, as well as a skylight-type structure and a Véligo-type cycle parking area, also located in the same courtyard. Finally, fourteen kiosks will be located inside the Grande Halle Voyageur.
