Office Building Lupp

A new four-storey office building is being constructed on the site of Lupp/OSW (Oberhessisches Spannbetonwerk). The square building will house offices for the company's specialist departments and seminar rooms above ground. The basement will house an archive and a fitness room for employees.

The building is a reinforced concrete structure with prefabricated external walls. Access is via external and internal staircases, with the external staircase being a steel structure. The floors from the ground floor to the first floor are to be constructed as timber hybrid floors. Due to the intended use, the third floor will be column-free, with partially pre-stressed TT floor slabs.
