Facts Height of Tower one: 11 m | Dimensions of Tower One in the shape of a triangle with sides: 21.9 x 16.8 x 20.7m

The project involves the construction of an experimental building housing Machines-3D and Constructions-3D, as well as an innovation campus. It is the first building in France to be constructed using 3D concrete printing, and its "Tower One" holds the world record for the tallest tower ever built using 3D concrete printing.

This unique project explores the potential of new technologies in construction. Designed like a castle, it is surrounded by an enclosure made up of printed concrete volumes, delimiting a central planted courtyard. A pedestrian axis crosses the site, linking the car park to the street. The technical courtyard is located outside the enclosure, along the main road from Valenciennes.
