The new fire station in Heidelberg-Ziegelhausen was constructed on the existing site after the demolition of the old fire station and a garage. The new building is a two-story structure. The ground floor houses the vehicle hall, which was built using solid reinforced concrete construction, while the upper floor features a cantilevered timber construction to the south and north. All the necessary operational rooms are located here, including group and training rooms with direct access to the roof terrace. The structural and workshop planning for this project was carried out directly through a collaborative 3D model.
