Centre de la Petite Enfance Marie Marvingt

The kindergarten was built in 1994. The reinforced concrete superstructure comprises a nursery school, a crèche, a childminders' centre and staff accommodation. The building is then occupied by a car park on the three underground levels. The renovation project involved removing the building's overhangs, creating extensions and replacing the caretaker's accommodation with a CLAVIM room. The project has also included an extension at the back of the plot to the area that was previously a terrace accessible at ground floor level, above the current CLAVIM room. The facade openings have been rationalised in line with the existing structural grid.
