The ODDO BHF Bank's listed building ensemble, constructed by architect Sep Ruf in 1964-66, has to be restored in its original cubature. The objective is to create a modern, high-quality, and sustainable office complex with a pleasant environment. The property includes five building sections: the high-rise building (A) with 23 upper floors and two basement floors, a seven-storey long building (B) that connects to the high-rise building and has a paternoster lift, a two-level atrium building (C), the connecting building between A and B (D), and an underground car park (E). The conversion project will involve modifications to the existing structure, refurbishments, and repairs to existing components as necessary.
