ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE is building a new campus area in Unterföhring near Munich, Germany. Modern studios, offices, conference and recreation rooms, and a restaurant area are being built on approx. 84,000 m². A piazza will be in the inner courtyard.
The building complex of construction phase 1 extends over a building area of approx. 180 x 150 meters and is divided into three parts, which are arranged around a spacious piazza. Part A and part C are formed by comb-like office wings in solid construction. Part B, with its central foyer of about 20 meters in height, is the main entrance to the building ensemble. This area is spanned by an approximately 20 meter cantilevered steel roof. A single-storey steel bridge connects the individual parts of the building and serves as an access element to the areas of construction phase 2. The entire building complex has a single-storey basement.
