Administration Building Max Frank

The business expansion of the company Max Frank GmbH & Co. KG includes the dismantling of the existing container complex as well as the construction of an administrative building on the same site with generous open spaces and a new parking area. The new complex is connected to the existing building by a connecting bridge on the first floor.

The project was designed from the start with regard to sustainability and durability. Therefore, it was awarded the DGNB certificate in gold. In this context, Bollinger+Grohmann was charged with the service of sustainability coordination.
