Lecture: Hybride Bauten
We are happy to announce that our colleagues, Angela Feldmann and Charline Hendrickx, will be giving an insightful lecture on the topic ‘CO₂ Efficiency in the Design Process of a Timber-Hybrid Building.’
The lecture, which is part of the series ‘Making of – Werkberichte innovativer Architektur und Tragwerksplanung’ at HafenCity Universität Hamburg, will focus on how to address critical factors that influence a building's CO2 efficiency early in the design process.
It will also identify measures that can be implemented from concept to construction. Angela and Charline will provide a comprehensive look at the life cycle assessment of a steel-concrete and timber hybrid office and laboratory building, sharing their expertise in integrating sustainability into structural design.
