Jubilee!

Ten years ago, the project ‘Messe Frankfurt - Tor Nord’ was inaugurated! Over the years, the white oval roof above the control area of the main entrance has become a distinguished landmark.

The 40×20 m canopy comprises an irregular grid of steel lamellas formed from various individual flat steel elements optimised using a computer-aided optimisation algorithm. Our team provided structural planning support for the roof and the triangular building structure beneath it.

We are thrilled to celebrate this jubilee together with Ingo Schrader Architekt!
