You will be responsible for identifying and processing public and private procurement procedures and tenders for Bollinger+Grohmann's German locations.

Become part of our well-coordinated team and furthermore coordinate with your colleagues at the locations outside Germany.

This position can be performed at any of our locations in Germany.

Your tasks

  • Project research of VgV procedures for coordination with management
  • Examination of tender requirements, systematic planning and monitoring of the application process
  • Research and compilation of references and necessary administrative evidence
  • Preparation of final application documents and presentations
  • Maintenance and expansion of the network of external contacts
  • Observation and evaluation of current case law on public procurement and contract law
  • Coordination of administrative and organizational tasks for national and international tenders as well as participation in their execution in the context of bid preparation
  • Preparation and provision of relevant company information as well as the required administrative documents
  • database maintenance

Your profile

  • Interest and understanding of architecture, construction and the related planning and construction processes
  • If possible, knowledge of public procurement law. Previous knowledge in e procurement systems is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Independent, proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • High demands on own work results incl. their design
