Article: Life Cycle Assessment in Structural and Façade Engineering
We are pleased to present another insightful publication from our team: In the latest issue of the journal Bautechnik by Ernst & Sohn, our colleagues Daniel Pfanner, Angela Feldmann, Karen Preuschoff, Marcel Reshamvala, and Hanna Münch explore a highly relevant topic – Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) in Structural and Façade Engineering.
The article examines the implementation of LCA methods as a design and decision-making tool in an engineering office's planning processes. It highlights how integrating sustainability criteria early in the design process can lead to innovative and environmentally friendly solutions.
